Air China is cooperating closely with airports in all locations to check passengers’ temperatures. Air China’s ground service department is assisting in looking for passengers with fevers according to the airport's requirements.
To further strengthen the prevention and control of the COVID-19 epidemic and to reduce the risk of virus transmission, Air China has recently adjusted its on-board catering and aircraft supply service provisioning plans to maximize the use of disposable dining utensils, and has also intensified the cleaning and effective disinfection of non-disposable appliances.
The flight crew and cabin crew carry out their pre-flight duties in accordance with procedures, measuring and registering their temperatures before their flight.
