Air China - North America HQ, November 01, 2012 -  Due to the suspension of our services to and from JFK on October 29 and 30, 2012, please note that our weather waiver policy covers our customers ticketed on flights to, from or through JFK International Airport from Oct. 29 through November 3, 2012.

Flight Changes

• Customers may make one fee-free change to their itineraries. Restrictions may apply.
• Change fees and fare difference will be waived when the rescheduled travel commences before November 15, 2012.
• For all other dates and ticket usage, the change fee will be waived. However, fare difference may apply.

Refunds

• Customers on flights to, from or through JFK International Airport from October 29 through November 3, 2012 may request refunds to the original form of payment if their flights are cancelled or delayed for at least four hours.

For assistance, contact Air China’s North America Call Center at (800) 882-8122. Please call even if part of your trip is on another airline. We are doing our best to rebook all affected passengers. Due to the high call volume we are experiencing, it may take a little longer than usual for your call to be answered. We appreciate your patience and hope to welcome you onboard Air China soon.
