Dear Travel Partners:

Due to increasing demand, we are pleased to announce that starting September 4, 2012, Air China’s North America Call Center will extend its business hours from 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM (PST) on weekdays (Monday-Friday).

The schedule for weekends and public holidays remains the same - from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM PST.
