Effective April 1, 2012, Air China’s Japanese and Korean Call Center will operate nine hours a day, seven days a week to provide passengers with ticket purchase and search services in Japanese, Korean, English and Chinese.

Hours of operation for the Japanese and Korean Call Center: 09:00 to 18:00 (local time).
